General FAQ

What does Linguapass do?

We provide certified, human translations for immigration, academic and legal documents. Each translation ships with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that meets USCIS requirements (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)) and is accepted by embassies, universities and courts.

What does one page cost?

… for any language pair. A page is defined as 250 words or fewer of source text. Rush (12 h) adds 50%, Expedited (6 h) adds 100%.

Are notarized or hard-copy deliveries supported?

These flows are scaffolded on the backend but vendor-blocked: Proof.com and Shippo/EasyPost integrations require platform approval. Admin endpoints exist in simulated mode so the pipeline is testable. See the admin manual.

What languages do we support?

Check /languages for the live list. The catalog is driven from the languages table that managers edit in the admin panel.
