Frequently asked questions

Do your translations meet USCIS requirements?

Yes. Every translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy formatted per USCIS regulations (8 CFR §103.2(b)(3)). The same format is generally accepted by embassies, universities, and courts. Final acceptance is always at the discretion of the receiving institution.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Rush delivers in 12 hours (+50%) and Expedited in 6 hours (+100%). Turnaround starts from payment confirmation.

Do you notarize translations?

USCIS does not require notarization — only certification. If your destination requires a notarized translation, contact us and we'll arrange it via our notary partner.

Is my document secure?

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the assigned translator and our review team can access the source document. Source files are deleted after 2 years; the final merged PDF remains in your account.

Can I request a revision?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery. Open the completed order in your account and click "Request a revision".

Do you provide hard copies?

Digital PDFs are accepted for most USCIS and university applications. Hard copy shipping will be available soon via Shippo/EasyPost; carrier delivery times depend on USPS/FedEx and are not guaranteed by us.
