Data we collect
Account data (email, name, optional phone, locale preference), order data (uploaded documents and their metadata), and payment references (Stripe PaymentIntent IDs — we never see your card number).
How we use it
To fulfill translation orders, communicate status updates, process payments, issue invoices, and meet US tax/audit obligations. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not train ML models on it.
Storage and retention
Source documents: 2 years after order completion, then deleted. Final translation PDFs and order metadata: retained indefinitely so you can re-download past work. Account data: until you request deletion.
Security
Files are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based — only the assigned translator and reviewer can open your files.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@linguapass.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
